Brian Reagan

Brian holds a graduate degree from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. His previous work experience includes research into predatory lending practices, stormwater management planning, and comprehensive planning and affordable housing at the municipal level. His current projects include comprehensive planning, acquisition and relocation, market study analysis, labor compliance standards, and CDBG grant management. He is a member of the American Planning Association (APA), Citizens Planning Education Association of Virginia (CPEAV), National Geographic Society, and Gamma Theta Upsilon International Geographic Honor Society.

Michael Dodson

Michael attended both Virginia Tech and VCU, and has an extensive background in community development and disaster recovery from 7 years of service with the City of Richmond. His work includes assistance in FEMA Hazard Mitigation and CDBG Urgent Needs grants. He also works on CDBG and FEMA grant applications and grant management for several localities, primarily in the coastal sections of Virginia. He has been certified by the Department of Homeland Security and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management in Mitigation Project Development, and is a member of the American Planning Association.
